CountryMe is a brand established by mother and daughter trio, Paula McKenzie, Bridget Tweed and Amber Mitchell. A conversation around the dining table at the family farm saw the beginning of what has become one of the most reputable country clothing brands on the market.
What we do....
CountryMe are designers and retailers of country clothing for children. CountryMe love country! They have designed a range of clothing for children which is not only fashionable but of exceptional quality at affordable prices.
Our people....
Bridget and her husband Luke, own a sheep and beef farm in Waitahuna, South Otago. Following completion of her Agricultural Commerce degree at Lincoln, Bridget took on a marketing and product management role for one of New Zealand’s’ leading Agricultural companies, where she had a taste for operating commercial businesses. In 2011, Bridget and Luke welcomed the arrival of their twin girls, Isla and Millie and in 2013 baby Ava. Being a Mum has really triggered Bridget’s desire to start her own company.
Paula, mother of three and grandmother of six, has enjoyed over 35 years of farming in Southland, with her husband Bede. Paula has a vast rural background from finance to management. Having eaten, slept and breathed agriculture all her life, Paula has an in depth understanding for what country folk desire for their wee country people.
A teacher and Mum by trade, Amber and husban
d Grant, along with their children Cooper, Henry & Zara, reside in the rural Southland township of Winton, where Grant works as a Livestock Representative. Amber brings a raft of talent to the team and a huge passion for fashion! With her exceptional design ability it allows CountryMe to produce a range of clothing that is practical, durable and fun.
“We look forward to supplying quality, durable and timeless country garments for you and your family to enjoy!”
