How much does delivery cost?

A flat rate of $9 postage and packaging is charged on all  orders.

Where can my order be delivered to?
All CountryMe orders are dispatched via a tracked courier service. We are able to deliver to any physical address within New Zealand.  Please note, a physical address must be provided as we are unable to deliver to P O Boxes or Private Bag addresses.  Deliveries by New Zealand Couriers are made on Monday to Fridays only.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed on the day payment is received. Please allow 2-4 working days for standard delivery and an extra 1-2 days for rural delivery. If your delivery has not been received after 10 working days from payment being placed, please contact amber@countryme.co.nz directly.

The team at CountryMe endeavour to process your orders and have them delivered as soon as possible, however during promotions or periods of high demand, please allow an extra day for delivery due to pressures on our team in dispatch.

Can my order be tracked?
All orders within New Zealand are sent by a tracked courier, via New Zealand Couriers.

Do you ship outside New Zealand?
CountryMe currently ships to New Zealand addresses only. If you do have a special request for an international delivery, please contact us directly to arrangeamber@countryme.co.nz.
